It’s Father’s Day – so what better excuse to share some celebrity dads that have headed to the studio with their offspring, resulting in these musical offerings. Here are six musical collaborations between fathers and their offspring that will either make you smile… or cringe:

Will Smith, Just the Two of Us:

Will Smith’s kids are now regulars on the red carpet and even celebrity wedding guests, but back in 1998 his eldest son Trey starred in this super cute video when Jayden and Willow were just twinkles in Will’s eye. The video also features fellow celebrity dads, including Babyface, Nas, Magic Johnson and Muhammad Ali.
Kelly and Ozzy Osbourne, Changes:

The Osbournes were well and truly under the spotlight between 2002 and 2005 in the iconic MTV reality show about their family. Kelly and Ozzy went in to the recording studio together halfway through to record this song. The video features home videos and cute footage of Kelly rocking out to her Dad’s music.

Stevie Wonder and Aisha, Isn’t She Lovely:

Stevie wrote this gorgeous song in 1975 about his first daughter Aisha. At the time he said, “She was the one thing that I needed in my life and in my music for a long time.” The original track featured sounds of Aisha playing – and she now tours with her father, performing the song with him. Cute!

Natalie and Nat King Cole, Unforgettable:

Nat King Cole originally recorded this song by himself in 1951, but it was re-released posthumously as a duet with his daughter in 1991. It went on to win three Grammy awards in 1992 and he was inducted into the Grammy Hall of Fame soon after.

Jay Z ft. Blue Ivy Carter, Glory:

Blue Ivy Carter became the youngest ever recording artist when her Dad, Jay Z featured her on a track released just days after she was born. Glory is a tribute to how loved Blue is by her dad – so cute!

Frank and Nancy Sinatra, Somethin’ Stupid:

This is probably the most famous song in our list and the only instance of a father-daughter number one in the USA. It was recorded in 1967 and topped the charts on both sides of the Atlantic. Perhaps a bit of a strange subject for a family collaboration though, huh?
